Hey, I’m Uliana Musikhina

I’m a product designer / an art director / a music-lover. I live in Barcelona, but I call many places home. I work on user-centered concepts and have been designing excellent digital products in cross-functional teams since 2014.

I’m a highly driven and flexible professional with a proven record of creative and innovative design solutions. An advocate for the customer, but also a business brain with a strong understanding of product owner needs. I’m an excellent communicator, fluent at storytelling and able to have an immediate impact on the organization. A passionate leader with an ability of developing projects from inception through production to final delivery, ensuring that all work is effective, appropriate and delivered within agreed time scales. Highly organized and able to prioritize own work schedule, working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Conceptual design, design thinking and user-centered design (UCD) processes
  • Design of functional wireframes, product architecture and flows
  • Experience in creating simple interfaces for complicated concepts
  • Prototyping
  • Ability to negotiate and articulate the “why” of design decisions
  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate design ideas to stakeholders of all levels within an organization
  • Conduction of usability testing to determine how designs are accepted by end users
  • Implementation
  • Design validation with customers and stakeholders in order to drive iterative improvements
